POLIMI Students Participate in HECOF VR Learning System’s First Testing Phase

What if learning wasn’t just about reading or listening but about truly experiencing complex concepts? That’s exactly what happened during the latest HECOF Project pilot at Politecnico di Milano, where Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformed the classroom into an immersive learning space.

Students had the unique opportunity to step inside a bioreactor, observe chromatography in action, and explore scientific phenomena in ways that traditional methods simply can’t offer. This innovative approach, powered by AI-based Adaptive Learning, made lessons more interactive, engaging, and effective.

By combining cutting-edge technology with education, the HECOF pilot is paving the way for a new era of learning—one where students don’t just study concepts but experience them firsthand.
